...This quote is significant to my theme perseverance because is shows that there are going to be obstacles that get in your way of life and you are going to have to persevere to get past them to complete the goal that you have.
In my opinion, I think that H. Jackson Brown is saying that anyone can run into a problem where there is an obstacles in the way of you completing your dream and doing what ever you want to do and that if persevere through it then anything in your life is possible. Just like the Philadelphia 76ers did they were the last place team going into the playoffs and they had to play the first place team Chicago Bulls and then they had to persevere to get past that obstacle on their quest to winning the NBA title, and they successfully beat the Chicago Bulls in six games...
